“The Return to Nature” is a painting collection by the Palestinian artist Haya Kaabneh.

In this collection, Haya Kaabneh features women from her community interacting and returning to nature, which is inherently a part of the human instinct. Through this dialogue and interaction with nature, Palestinian women become strong and powerful, unified in their spirit and reason.
This collection, Haya shows how women change and switch their feelings when they talk to plants, flowers and birds. Like the sun that sets and rises again, like birds that migrate and return, like the sky that clouds over and clears once more, like the sea that rages and calms, women resemble nature. The Return to Nature is an invitation to return to life with all its hardships, joys, and sorrows. Haya employs the warm and cold colors to draw her figures and portraits.
