At the Palestinian Artists Consortium, one of our main priorities is the shipping policy and client satisfaction. This Shipping Policy document outlines the types of actions that we perform for our clients.

Shipping cost & what's included

We charge a flat fee of $50 USD for all shipments. This fee covers the shipping charges, local delivery to the shipping office, and professional artwork packaging. Every piece you purchase is a valuable work of art, and we treat it accordingly — using appropriate materials to ensure your artwork arrives safely at your doorstep.

Order preparation time and carrier

  • Once your order is placed, we carefully prepare and package your artwork within 7 business days before dispatching it.
  • We ship all orders through Aramex, dispatching from their Bethlehem office or other Aramex branches in Palestinian cities, depending on what is most convenient and accessible at the time of shipment.

Package documentation

Before shipping, we photograph every package for our records. This documentation serves as proof of the package’s existence and the quality of its packaging at the time of dispatch — useful in the rare event that a shipment needs to be traced or investigated.

Tracking your shipment

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a tracking link. These will be sent to you by email, either by our team or automatically through the platform, depending on our capacity at the time.

Estimated delivery time

We estimate delivery within 7 to 10 days from the date of shipment. Please note that Artists Consortium operates within a region affected by ongoing political instability. While we are committed to meeting this timeframe, occasional delays beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Lost shipments

While a lost shipment has never occurred in our history of peration, we take this possibility seriously. In such an event, Artists Consortium will immediately contact the shipping carrier and advocate strongly for compensation on your behalf. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached with the carrier, our team will work directly with you to find a fair and mutually agreeable settlement.
